Pursuit of cost performance

In spite of being a standard #30 spindle machine, the machine has a Z-axis rapid feed rate of 50 m/min, magazine capacity of 14 tools, and spindle speed of 16,000 min^-1.

X-axis variation

X-axis strokes: 480 mm (standard) and 700 mm (long) are available so that the stroke can be selected suitably for size of workpiece or production method.

High accuracy

The Z-axis heat expansion compensation system (optional) enables high-accuracy machining, without affecting machining time.
