The new 100-tool magazine, featuring the largest storage capacity in the SPEEDIO series, has been developed.
A tool stocker that can store 36 tools is installed on the right and left sides of the 28-tool turret magazine, enabling storage of 100 tools, the largest capacity in the SPEEDIO series. Brother’s original tool handling mechanism achieves stable tool change.

By combining the 100-tool magazine specification with a pallet changer, the system enables long-hour operation, including unattended night runs. It also supports high-mix, low-volume production with ease.
This configuration enhances machine utilization, helping to overcome labor shortages and achieve significant cost savings.

The H550Xd1 horizontal machining center with a BT30 spindle provides high productivity and excellent environmental performance.
Highly productive horizontal machining center using a BT30 spindle and is equipped with ample jig area, 30-tool magazine, and high-speed B-axis table.
This enables machining of large or long workpieces that was not possible on conventional BT30 machines.
