Pursuit of cost performance
- In spite of being a standard #30 spindle machine, the machine has a Z-axis rapid feed rate of 50 m/min, magazine capacity of 14 tools, and spindle speed of 16,000 min-1.
Inprovement of productivity
- A two-face turn table enables workpieces on the outer table to be changed while machining workpieces on the inner table, minimizing the machine stoppage time. Machines are easily applicable for automation.
High accuracy
- The Z-axis heat expansion compensation system (optional) enables high-accuracy machining, without affecting machining time.
