Manual Greasing Method

Proper lubrication oil inspection and greasing are required to prevent friction-related wear and to maintain machining accuracy and machine longevity.
Perform manual greasing every 100 km of axis travel after machine installation, or every 3 months or 500 machine operating hours, whichever occurs first.

After grease replenishment, move all axes through their full travel range to ensure that the grease is evenly distributed.
To avoid personal injury, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as a safety helmet and protective gloves, before performing this procedure.
Each axis (X, Y, and Z) has five grease supply points: four linear guide blocks and one ball screw. Apply grease to all lubrication points during the greasing operation.

Mist Separator Filter Replacement Procedure

This procedure describes how to inspect and replace the filter inside the mist separator.

  1. Turn the valve to shut off the air supply pressure.
    WARNING
Disassembling the mist separator without shutting off the air supply pressure is hazardous, as compressed air may be released by the internal pressure.[Power ON Prohibited] [Air Supply OFF]
  2. Remove the four M5 hex socket head cap screws and disassemble the mist separator.[Wear Protective Gloves]
  3. Inspect the two gasket types located on the underside of the cover. If either gasket is damaged or deteriorated, replace it with a new one.
Continued use of damaged gaskets may result in air leakage or machine malfunction.
  4. Remove the filter and replace it with a new one.
Be sure to replace the filter if it shows signs of discoloration or hardening. Install the filter with the perforated side facing upward.
  5. Reassemble the mist separator with the viewing window facing toward the front of the machine, and secure it using the four M5 hex socket head cap screws.

Tightening torque: 6.86 N·m.
